Upon the filing of the commissioners’ report, the clerk must notify
all the parties of the filing in the manner provided by Rule 43.01. Section 523.050.1, RSMo Supp. 2008. If counsel has entered counsel’s appearance on behalf of any party, service of the notice must be made on counsel in accordance with Rule 43.01(b).
