X. (§29.21) Post-Decision Proceedings

When a decision has been rendered by the appellate court, the losing party still has several forms of relief available. A motion for rehearing and for transfer to the Supreme Court can be filed with the court of appeals within 15 days of the date that the decision was rendered. Rules 30.26, 30.27, and 83.02.
