C. (§28.9) Statutes of Limitations

The MoUPA sets several time frames within which actions involving parentage may or may not be initiated. Section 210.828, RSMo Supp. 2011, contains the specific statute of limitations and exceptions with regard to actions under the MoUPA. But § 210.826, RSMo Supp. 2011, must also be read when determining whether a particular action is barred.
