H. (§28.30) Missouri Sex Offender Program (MOSOP)
The stated purpose of the Missouri sex offender program is the prevention of further sexual assaults by the participants. The program is presently open to adult males and females. It is required, to be eligible for parole, of all sexual assault offenders per § 589.015, RSMo 2000, who are incarcerated felons.
