E. (§28.26) Court Orders and Judgments

The judgment of the court must contain a determination as to the existence or nonexistence of the parent-child relationship. The court’s order as to this issue is determinative for all purposes. Section 210.841.1, RSMo 2000. Section 210.841 goes on to empower the court to include in its judgment or order any other provision concerning:

“[t]he duty of support;”

custody and guardianship;

visitation privileges;

“[t]he furnishing of bond or other security for the payment of the judgment; or”

any other matter in the child’s best interest.

Section 210.841.3. The judgment must also contain the Social Security number of each party. Id.
