B. (§28.24) 180-Day Offenders Under Treatment Program
The stated purpose of the 180-day Offenders Under Treatment Program is to provide assessment and treatment for certain substance abuse offenders and certain nonviolent offenders in a structured setting. Section 217.364.2, RSMo 2000. The program is presently open to adults, male or female, who are convicted of nonviolent crimes under § 217.010(11), RSMo 2000, and to nonviolent drug offenders under Chapter 195, RSMo.
