F. (§28.18) Parole Violations
While a person is on parole or conditional release, the Board may issue a warrant for the person’s arrest or notice to appear for violation of any condition of the parole or release. A parole officer may also arrest a parolee without warrant for such a violation, or the parole officer may deputize any other officer to arrest the parolee simply by giving the officer a written statement.
