Because the General Assembly appears to have made the statutes for watercraft the same as those for motor vehicles, all the rules and precedents that apply to motor vehicles in Chapter 301, RSMo, as described in §§10.2–10.17 above, apply with equal force to watercraft under Chapter 306, RSMo.
