The decree should fully describe the property with the description in the petition. Pioneer Cooperage Co. v. Dillard, 59 S.W.2d 642, 644 (Mo. 1933); Clark v. Heckerman, 142 S.W.2d 35, 37 (Mo. 1940). The judgment must have more than a fragmentary description of the real estate to convey title. Fuller v. Padley, 628 S.W.2d 719, 722 (Mo. App. W.D. 1982).
