A person commits the offense of:

· Child molestation in the fourth degree if:

a. that person who is more than 4 years older

b. has sexual contact

c. with another person who is less than 17 years of age

d. and to whom that person is not married

e. without that person’s consent

· Sexual contact with a student if:

a. that person who is a teacher, student teacher, school employee, school or school-related volunteer, or school contractor

b. has sexual contact

c. with a another person
