When dealing with the juvenile’s conduct, the court may ask whether the juvenile admits or denies the allegations. Rule 128.02.b.
If the allegations in the petition are admitted and the court finds that the admissions are sufficient for the court to proceed under the Juvenile Code, Chapter 211, RSMo, the court may either accept the admissions as verification of the allegations or proceed to receive evidence.
