Section 27 True Joint QSJT

To create a true joint QSJT, the terms of the trust must provide that, during the joint lives of the settlors:

· the trust estate must be held as one trust for the benefit of both settlors;

· the trust must be revocable by either of the settlors or both settlors acting together while either or both are alive; and
