Any permanent injunction, judgment, or other court order issued under § 407.100, RSMo 2000, may be used in a private civil action as prima facie evidence that a defendant sued by the Attorney General engaged in unlawful acts or practices in violation of § 407.020, RSMo Supp. 2012.
