The right to trial by jury is not granted to a child in the juvenile court hearing. State v. Heath, 181 S.W.2d 517, 518 (Mo. 1944); State v. Campbell, 32 S.W.2d 69, 71 (Mo. 1930).

In re Fisher, 468 S.W.2d 198 (Mo. 1971), involved a 12-year-old boy who was before the juvenile court on a petition alleging that
