A decree in a suit to quiet title is not limited to merely quieting the adverse claim; it can also determine all questions of title,
not only between the plaintiffs and defendants, but between different plaintiffs and different defendants, awarding “full and complete relief, whether legal or equitable.” Section 527.150.2, RSMo 2000; Kimberlin v. Roberts,107 S.W.2d 24, 26–27 (Mo. 1937); Wm. H. Johnson Timber & Realty Co. v. Belt,46 S.W.2d 153, 155 (Mo. 1932); Billings v. Paine,319 S.W.2d 653, 660 (Mo. 1959).
The decree can also:
· enforce equitable rights or grant an injunction against future assertion of claims, Boatmen’s Nat. Bank of St. Louis v. Rogers,179 S.W.2d 102 (Mo. 1944) (but seePowell v. Crow,102 S.W. 1024 (Mo. 1907));
