The decision of an appeals tribunal setting forth the findings of fact, the applicable provisions of the law, and the tribunal’s conclusions is made in writing and is mailed to the interested parties and their attorneys, if any. 8 C.S.R. § 10-5.050. The decision may affirm, modify, or reverse the deputy’s determination or remand the claim to the deputy with directions.
