A garnishee may recover costs and allowances. These costs and allowances may include an administrative fee of the greater of eight dollars or two percent of the amount to be deducted, which can also be withheld from the employee under § 525.230, RSMo 2000, and reimbursement for the “trouble and expense” of answering the interrogatories.
