5. (§26.8) Order
The court’s ruling on a motion to modify is a final appealable order. As such, it is entitled to full faith and credit in other states.
Section 452.312.3, RSMo Supp. 2011, requires that every order modifying a previous decree and every order for child support shall contain the last four digits of the parties’ Social Security numbers, if disclosed by the pleadings.
