3. (§26.6) Discovery
Counsel should review Rules 56–61, which pertain to discovery. Of particular importance is the time to respond to interrogatories. See Rule 57.01. Counsel should be aware that, when serving discovery, counsel is required to provide an electronic copy such as a diskette, CD-ROM, or email attachment and certify that the electronic copy is free from any virus.
