A. (§26.35) Motion to Modify

Section 452.780, RSMo Supp. 2011, sets forth the information that must be submitted to the court under oath in either a motion to modify custody or visitation or in an affidavit attached to the motion.

Section 452.312, RSMo Supp. 2011, requires every motion for modification respecting maintenance or child support to set forth the names and addresses of the petitioner’s current employers and the last four digits of the petitioner’s Social Security number and, if known, the same information regarding the respondent.
