C. (§26.34) Change in Visitation

In some cases, the original decree may simply call for “reasonable visitation” without setting forth a specific schedule. If the parties are unable to successfully establish a visitation program that is reasonable, the courts are normally very liberal on a modification request to establish a specific schedule of visitation designating specific periods for visitation. An excellent hybrid approach to this general problem area is to establish an order giving the noncustodial parent specific visitation periods.
