7. (§26.32) Removal of Child From Jurisdiction

Section 452.377, RSMo 2000, mandates that a custodial parent cannot remove the child from the child’s primary residence for a period of time exceeding 90 days except on order of the court or written consent of the noncustodial parent. When the noncustodial parent has been given visitation rights by a custody decree, court permission may be granted only after notice and an opportunity for a hearing have been afforded the noncustodial parent.
