The minimum threshold levels triggering reporting are the same as those established for § 311 submissions:
- For extremely hazardous substances, 500 pounds or the threshold planning quantity, whichever is lower
- For gasoline that was stored in an underground storage tank (UST) at a retail gas station in compliance with UST regulations, 75,000 gallons
