If a garnishee’s answers reveal that a third party claims an interest in the property subject to garnishment, the garnishor must attempt to notify that third party by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, signed by the addressee only, within ten days after service of the garnishee’s interrogatory answers. Rule 90.09(a).
