2. (§25) Checklist of Items in Lien Statement
A lien statement should include the following:
·The name of the lien claimant
· A recital that the statement is filed by the claimant with a view to obtaining the benefit of the mechanic’s lien law—probably no longer necessary, but safer to include
· An itemized account after credits are deducted, as set forth in §24 in Chapter 4, unless the account may be stated in a lump sum
