VIII. (§25.50) Extradition
The Governor of Missouri can request the extradition of someone from a foreign state that has been charged with the crime of nonsupport. Section 454.986(b)(1), RSMo Supp. 2011. Similarly, upon the demand of the governor of a foreign state, the Governor of Missouri may extradite an individual that has been charged with the crime of nonsupport in the foreign state to the requesting foreign state.
