D. (§25.47) Jurisdiction to Modify When No State Has Continuing, Exclusive Jurisdiction
When all of the individual parties reside in the same state and there is no state with CEJ, a party may register the order in the state where the parties reside and seek modification. Section 454.978(a), RSMo Supp. 2011.
