1. (§25.41) Challenge by Obligor of Income Withholding Sent Directly to Employer

The obligor may contest enforcement of an income-withholding order as though the order were issued by a tribunal of Missouri. Section 454.943(a), RSMo Supp. 2011. To contest the order, the obligor must give notice of the contest to:

? the support enforcement agency providing service to the obligee;

? each employer that has directly received an income-withholding order; and

? the person or agency designated to receive payments...
