B. (§25.39) Administrative Enforcement Without Registration

Section 454.946, RSMo Supp. 2011, authorizes responding states to use administrative enforcement remedies to the fullest extent possible. The order does not need to be registered with the court unless there is a challenge to administrative enforcement or a judicial enforcement remedy is sought. Section 454.946(b).
