VI. (§25.37) Enforcement

A petitioner may seek enforcement of a support order in any state where the obligor derives income or owns property or assets. The rules for determining the controlling order for enforcement purposes are discussed in §25.20 above.

UIFSA (Uniform Interstate Family Support Act), §§ 454.850–454.999, RSMo Supp. 2011, provides two direct methods to enforce a support order without assistance from a tribunal:
