A. (§25.35) Support Orders

If no support order entitled to recognition under UIFSA (Uniform Interstate Family Support Act), §§ 454.850–454.999, RSMo Supp. 2011, exists, a responding tribunal may issue a support order if (1) the petitioner is a nonresident, or (2) the support enforcement agency seeking the order is located in another state.
