D. (§25.34) Duty of Support Enforcement Agency
Upon request, the support enforcement agency of Missouri must provide services to a petitioner. Section 454.895(a), RSMo Supp. 2011. Services that an agency must provide include the following:
? Taking the necessary steps for a tribunal to obtain jurisdiction over a respondent
? Requesting a tribunal to schedule a hearing
? Making a reasonable effort to obtain relevant information, such as income and property of parties
