3. (§25.32) Powers

If a responding tribunal finds a duty of support, it may do the following:

· Issue or enforce a support order

· Modify a child support order

· Determine paternity

· Order income withholding

· Specify payment on arrears

· Enforce orders by civil or criminal contempt

· Set aside property for satisfaction

· Place liens and order executions

· Order an obligor to keep the tribunal informed of the obligor’s current residential and employment address

· Issue a bench warrant
