2. (§25.24) Pleadings

Depending on the relief sought, the petitioner, or moving party, may be the obligee or the obligor. Petitioners seeking to establish or modify a support order must verify the petition and provide all relevant information regarding the obligor and obligee as well as a certified copy of any support order in effect.
