1. (§25.23) Direct Filing

UIFSA (Uniform Interstate Family Support Act), §§ 454.850–454.999, RSMo Supp. 2011, allows for proceedings to:

· establish, enforce, and modify spousal and child support orders issued by Missouri;

· enforce and register orders arising from foreign states;

· register orders of other states for modification;

· determine parentage; and

· assert jurisdiction over nonresidents.
