7. (§25.16) Other Crimes of Defendant

The prosecutor may not refer to the defendant’s conviction or involvement in other crimes as grounds for conviction in the case on trial. State v. Parker, 617 S.W.2d 83 (Mo. App. E.D. 1981); State v.
