A. (§25.15) Concepts of Jurisdiction and Limitations

Insert the following text after the first full paragraph on page 1010:

The jurisdictional provisions in UIFSA determine whether a Missouri court has statutory authority to grant relief, not whether it has subject matter jurisdiction. Swanson v. Hernandez, 544 S.W.3d 315, 319 (Mo App. E.D. 2018). Any deficiency under UIFSA is waived if not timely raised and properly preserved. Rosas v. Lopez, 556 S.W.3d 620, 625 (Mo. App. E.D. 2018).
