A. (§25.10) Effective Date
As of June 15, 2016, Missouri operates under the 2008 version of UIFSA.
Consequently, §§ 454.850–454.999, RSMo (UIFSA 1996) apply to cases filed or received in Missouri between January 1, 1997 and June 14, 2016.
Sections 454.1500–454.1728, RSMo (UIFSA 2008) apply to cases filed or received in Missouri on or after June 15, 2016.
