Section 25 Manufacturer’s Affirmative Defenses

In addition to all affirmative defenses presently allowed by law, the manufacturer may raise as an affirmative defense to an action by a consumer that:

· the alleged nonconformity did not substantially impair the use, market value, or safety of the vehicle;
