In Healthcare Services of the Ozarks, Inc. v. Copeland, 198 S.W.3d 604 (Mo. banc 2006), employees signed a noncompete agreement limiting their competitive activity after employment for 2 years and within 100 miles. After 2 employees left, they recruited the employees who used to work for them. Those employees, and their patients, began leaving the old employer for the employees’ new employer.
