Section 24 Class B Felony

A person commits the offense of child molestation in the second degree if:

a. that person has sexual contact

b. with another person

c. who is less than 12 years of age

or

a. that person who is more than 4 years older

b. has sexual contact

c. with another person

d. who is less than 17 years of age

e. without that person’s consent, and

f. it is an aggravated sexual offense
