Section 24 Appeals From the State Board of Mediation

If the public employer or union is aggrieved by a decision
of the Board, it may appeal to the circuit court of the
county where the administrative body is located or to
the circuit court of Cole County. Section 105.525, RSMo 2000. The aggrieved party must await the completion of
