G. (§24.37) Lis Pendens and Notice to Third Parties
Sometimes while an appeal is pending, or when no appeal is pending but one party refuses to deliver property awarded to the other, steps must be taken to ensure that the defaulting party, even while a motion for contempt may be pending, does not defeat title by conveying the property to an innocent third party purchaser for value.
