IV. (§24.21) Nonmonetary Judgments for Support and Maintenance

Apart from providing specific finite dollar amounts, a court judgment may impose a duty on one party to provide health insurance and to pay certain types of bills and expenses, such as:

· tuition expenses for education;

· medical bills not covered by insurance;

· dance lessons;

· summer camp; and

· a transfer of an item of personal property.
