M. (§24.15) Liens on Real Estate

Unlike ordinary money judgments, a judgment for child support or maintenance does not automatically become a lien on real estate. But a party entitled to receive support may secure a lien on real estate if the requirements of § 454.515, RSMo Supp. 2011, are followed.
