In In re A.D.R., 603 S.W.2d 575 (Mo. banc 1980), the defendant contended that he had a constitutional right to treatment within
the juvenile system and that this right was violated when the petition was dismissed and he was prosecuted in the court of general jurisdiction. The Supreme Court of Missouri found that this right does not exist once the juvenile court has relinquished jurisdiction
