3. (§23) New Residential Construction
Any claimant who has recorded a Notice of Rights and who has been paid in full must execute and provide an unconditional, final mechanic’s lien waiver within five calendar days of written request to do so. Section 429.016.30. The final unconditional lien waiver shall substantially follow the language below:
