Rule 94.01 provides that the proceedings in mandamus in circuit court are as prescribed in Rule 94 and that proceedings in the Supreme Court of Missouri or the courts of appeals are as prescribed in Rules 84.22–84.26 and Rule 94. Rule 94.01 also provides that proceedings in mandamus are governed by the Rules of Civil Procedure in all particulars not specified in Rules 94 and 84.22–84.26.
