18. (§23.63) Rape Trauma Evidence
Expert testimony of the “rape trauma syndrome” may not be used in a rape prosecution to bolster the complaining witness’s credibility. State v. Taylor, 663 S.W.2d 235, 241 (Mo. banc 1984).
