E. (§23.34) Modification of Orders in the Nature of Child Support

Like child support, orders in the nature of child support, such as those for uncovered and uninsured medical expenses of the child and tuition for a child for an unemancipated child contained in or incorporated in the judgment, are modifiable upon pleading and proof in accordance with § 452.370, RSMo 2000.
